Ingredients for 2 servings

raw shrimp
200 g
melon
200 g
Grün salad mix
40 g
soy sauce
1 tbsp. spoon
lime (juice only)
0.5 pcs.
freshly ground black pepper
to taste
olive oil
1 tbsp. spoon
Step 1/4
Brush the pre-thawed prawns (or use peeled ones), cover with soy sauce, olive oil and lime juice. Stir and leave to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
Step 2/4
Cut the melon in half and make balls of pulp with a special spoon or a regular tea room. You can just dice the melon.
Step 3/4
Quickly fry the shrimp on both sides over high heat, literally one minute each.
Step 4/4
Put lettuce, melon and prawns on the dish, pour the remaining lime juice.
