Ingredients for 2 servings
sockeye salmon/s slices
150 g
avocado
1 pc.
rocket and spinach leaves
50 g
culinary mixture "Black and white sesame"
1 tbsp. spoon
sesame oil
for dressing

Cut the avocado in half, peel and slice, 4-5mm thick.
Step 2/3
Sockeye salmon (can be replaced with salmon or other salted or smoked red fish) cut into small pieces.
Step 3/3
Wash the rocket and spinach, dry and put on a plate, put fish and avocado on top, season with sesame oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bon appetit!
