Recipe "Salad with avocado, quinoa and gammon "
Ingredients for 2 servings
quinoa
60 g
pork Cotto ham
170 g
avocado
1 pc.
orange red
1 pc.
honey
1 tbsp. spoon
olive oil
1 tbsp. spoon
lemon
1/4 part (juice)
parsley
1 sprig
ground paprika
0.5 tsp
freshly ground black pepper
to taste
salt
pinch
Step 1/5
Rinse the quinoa in cold water, cover with a glass of boiling water and cook until tender, about 20 minutes.
Step 2/5
Cut the peel off the orange with a knife, cut out the "fillet" slices without the white part.
Step 3/5
Peel the avocado, remove the bone. Slice the flesh and immediately pour over the lemon juice to keep the avocado from getting dark.
Step 4/5
Mix the olive oil with the honey, paprika, salt and a drizzle of lemon or orange juice. Pour half the dressing over the finished quinoa and stir, add finely chopped parsley.
Step 5/5
Put the salad ingredients on the plates separately, pour over the remaining dressing.
