Ingredients for 2 servings
cilantro
50 g
fennel
50 g
basil
a few twigs
cucumbers
4 pcs. (200 g)
unrefined sunflower oil
1-2 tbsp. l. or to taste
walnuts
handful (8 pcs.)
vinegar
2 tbsp. l. or to taste
salt
to taste
ground black pepper
pinch
onion red
20 g (optional)
Step 1/5
Wash, dry and chop the greens.
Step 2/5
Cut the onions into feathers, the cucumbers into quarters.
Step 3/5
Chop nuts with a knife.
Step 4/5
Combine all the prepared ingredients in a bowl. Add wine vinegar and vegetable oil, salt, pepper.

Stir and serve.
