Step 1/3
Cook pumpkin in any convenient way, cool and cut into small cubes. Grate small carrots. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Finely chop garlic and green onions. Mix all the vegetables in a bowl.
Step 2/3
For dressing, add lemon juice, turmeric, black pepper, salt to olive oil. Stir.
