Ingredients for 4-6 servings

beef for second courses
750g
pickled cucumbers
3 pcs.
medium-sized fresh carrots
2 pcs.
white onions
1 pc (60g)
refined sunflower oil
2 tbsp. spoons
garlic
2 cloves
bay leaf
1 pc.
black pepper
a few peas
mayonnaise
to taste
fine salt

ground black pepper

Rinse the beef, put it in a saucepan, cover with water so that it covers the meat. Add bay leaf, peppercorns, salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat and cook for 25-30 minutes. Then remove the beef from the pot and cool. The broth can be left to make soup or other dishes.

Wash, peel and chop the carrots on a coarse grater. Cut the onion into half rings. Crush the garlic with the flat side of a knife and finely chop.
