Ingredients for 2 servings

quinoa
4 tbsp. l.
cherry tomatoes
6 pcs.
squid
2 pcs.
sweet potato
1 pc.
spinach
80 g
lime
to taste
soy sauce
to taste
sesame
½ tsp
olive oil
to taste
spices
to taste
vegetable oil
for frying

Boil the quinoa and let it cool
Step 2/7
Rinse the sweet potato, cut into two parts, roll in your favorite spices and bake in an oven preheated to 180℃ for 40 minutes.

Rinse the spinach leaves.

Fry the tomatoes in a greased pan. Peel and halve them.

Clean the squid on films and cartilage, rinse and cut into slices. Cut each piece with a knife and fry in a greased pan for 1 minute on each side.

Place the spinach, quinoa, tomatoes and baked yams on a plate. Top with squid. Drizzle over the soy sauce and olive oil.

When serving, sprinkle with sesame seeds and drizzle over the lime juice.
