Ingredients for 2 servings
tomatoes in their own juice
1 bank
fresh cucumbers
2 pcs.
onion red
1 pc.
cilantro
2 sprigs
parsley
2 sprigs
fennel
2 sprigs
sour cream 30%
200 g
salt
to taste

Place the tomatoes on a sieve. The drained tomato juice can then be used in pasta sauce, soup dressing or just a drink.

Cut the tomatoes into cubes.

Cut the cucumbers into not too thin segments.
Step 4/7
Cut the onions into thin feathers, finely chop the greens.
Step 5/7
Combine all the salad ingredients, salt and season with sour cream.
Step 6/7
Cut the bread into triangular slices, drizzle with oil and dry in the oven or in a pan.
Step 7/7
Serve salad with Borodino bread croutons.
