Recipe "King Squid Salad"
Ingredients for 2 servings
hot smoked squid
150 g
unpolished red rice
40 g
Ramiro pepper
1 pc.
canned corn
60 g
smooth cucumber
1 pc.
fresh frozen spinach
1 cube
chicken egg
1 pc.
flour
1 tsp
mayonnaise
2 tbsp. spoons
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
Step 1/6
Rinse the rice under running water, put in a saucepan and cook for about 40 minutes.
Step 2/6
Let the spinach thaw slightly at room temperature.
Step 3/6
Beat the egg and flour in a container, add the spinach and bake the pancake in a heated non-stick frying pan.
Step 4/6
Wash the cucumber and pepper under water, cut into cubes and send to the container. Using the same method, chop the cooled pancake and hot smoked squid.
Step 5/6
Add corn and rice to the ingredients.

Season with mayonnaise, salt, pepper and decorate with caviar and herbs if desired.
