Ingredients for 4 servings
grilling champignons
8 pcs.
Feta cheese
100 g
canned red beans
200 g
parsley
2 sprigs
oregano
pinch
Mezklam salad
60 g
olive oil
1 tbsp. spoon
lemon juice
1 tsp
salt
to taste
Step 1/6
Stick champignons on skewers or put on a grate, fry over coals until tender (about 8 minutes).
Step 2/6
Cut the ready-made champignons into quarters and put them in a bowl.
Step 3/6
Add beans (without liquid) and chopped parsley.
Step 4/6
Season the mushrooms and beans with olive oil and lemon juice, salt and stir.
Step 5/6
Finish with lettuce leaves and cubes of feta.
Step 6/6
Champignon salad is ready.
