Crispy islet radish is a great companion to barbecue, you can just serve it whole, or you can cook such a simple but interesting salad.

Recipe "Radish salad with dill pesto"
Ingredients for 2 servings
garden radish
250 g
lemon
¼ pcs.
fennel
large bundle
mint
2-3 sprigs
olive oil
1-2 tbsp. spoons
salt
Step 1/4
Wash the radish, cut off the tails and cut into halves.
Step 2/4
Wash and dry the greens thoroughly. At dill, cut off the too hard ends of the stems, cut off the leaves from the mint.
Step 3/4
Put a quarter of lemon in a blender (if there is a salted lemon - use it!), grind olive oil, dill greens and mint leaves in pulsation mode.
Step 4/4
Mix the radishes with the resulting dressing, salt to taste and leave for half an hour. You can put the salad in a container, by the time the barbecue is ready, the radish will be marinated, all that remains is to get it out of the container and serve it for hot meat!
