Recipe for "Beijing Cabbage Salad with Chicken and Tomatoes "
Ingredients for 4 servings
chicken thigh fillet
700 g
tomatoes

Beijing cabbage
1 head
sesame oil
1-2 tbsp. l.
mayonnaise
150 g
sour cream 20%
150 g
salt

ground black pepper
to taste

Wash the chicken fillet, dry. It is better to use thigh fillets - it will turn out juicier, but you can also take breast fillets. Peel and cut the onion into half rings. Line a baking tray with baking parchment, place the chicken on a baking tray (no need to cut), place the onion on top.

Salt, pepper to taste, pour over sesame or other vegetable oil. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ℃ for 20-30 minutes. You can just boil the chicken if you wish.

Wash, dry and shred Beijing cabbage.

Cut the tomatoes into wedges. Put the tomatoes and cabbage in a bowl.

In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and sour cream.
