turkey thigh fillet
300g
cherry tomatoes

cucumbers
100 g
parisienne salad mix
70 g
pitted green olives
30 g
olive oil
30 ml
microgreens of peas
20 g
dried tomatoes in oil
2 tbsp. spoons
orange
1 pc.
mustard "Canteen"
1 tsp
Green salt substitute

Dry the turkey fillets and marinate in a mixture of mustard, half a serving of salt substitute and olive oil for 30-40 minutes.

Fry the turkey in a dry pan until ruddy, then transfer to a baking dish and send to an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 20 minutes.
