Raspberry version of the famous Piedmontese dessert. Good both on its own and in combination with a crisp shortbread or biscuit cookie.

Recipe "Sabayon with raspberries "
Ingredients for 2-3 servings
yolk
5 pcs.
icing sugar
100 g
fresh mint
2 leaves
Simpley wine 0, non-alcoholic sweet
150 ml
raspberry
1 pack + the same for serving
lemon
1 pc.
ice

Step 1/6
Punch raspberries and mint in a blender until smooth and wipe through a sieve.
Step 2/6
Mix raspberry mass with egg yolk sugar
Step 3/6
Place the container in a water bath and stir the mixture continuously until it thickens.
Step 4/6
Remove the container from the water bath, stir in the wine and place in an ice bowl. Leave the mixture to cool, stirring occasionally. Dessert can be prepared the day before and put in the refrigerator overnight in a closed container - then you can skip the step with ice.
Step 5/6
Transfer the mixture to creamers and garnish with raspberry berries.
Step 6/6
Sprinkle the cream with lemon zest before serving
