Ingredients for 4-6 servings
For the test:
Rye flour
100 g
Wheat flour
100 g
Egg
3 pcs.
Milk
450 ml
Salt
1 tsp
Sugar
1 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil
3 tbsp
For the filling:
Apples
200 g
Maple syrup
2 tbsp. l.
Walnuts
50 g
Butter
2 tbsp. l.

Slightly heat the milk, beat eggs, salt and sugar into it, stir with a whisk.

Sift rye and wheat flour and add to the milk mixture, mix.

If necessary, add more milk or flour, the dough should resemble liquid kefir in consistency. At the end, add oil and stir.

Bake the pancakes in a hot greased pan and stack.

Prepare the filling: cut apples into small cubes, grind nuts.

Melt butter in a frying pan, add apples, nuts and pour maple syrup over them. Languish the filling for 8-10 minutes over medium heat.
