Recipe "Ribs pickled in mango"
Ingredients for 2-3 servings
pork ribs
800 g
hard mango
100 g
honey
50 g
salad mix
100 g
cherry tomatoes
50 g
smoked paprika
2 g
dried garlic
2 g
soy sauce
20 g
red paprika
2 g
onion powder
2 g
smoked salt

Prepare the marinade: peel the mango, cut arbitrarily.

Send to a blender along with honey, spices, soy sauce.
Step 3/6
Pour the resulting mixture over the ribs (if you are using frozen ones, you need to defrost them first) and leave to marinate for a couple of hours.

Preheat the oven to 200C . Place the pickled ribs on a baking sheet, previously covered with parchment, and send to the oven for 20 minutes.
Step 5/6
While the ribs are baking, make the salad. Wash tomatoes and herbs, dry. Cut cherry in half, mix with herbs.
Step 6/6
When serving, place the ribs on a cushion of herbs and tomatoes.
