Ingredients for 2 servings
humpback salmon
200-250g
chicken egg
3-4 pcs.
cheese
80 g
green onion
20 g
apple
1-2 pcs.
mayonnaise
2-3 tbsp. spoons
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
Step 1/6
Boil the eggs and pink salmon until tender and then cool.
Step 2/6
Separate the fish from the bones and grind.
Step 3/6
Grate eggs and cheese on a fine grater, cut onions.
Step 4/6
Combine the ingredients, add salt, pepper and season with mayonnaise.
Step 5/6
Add the apple, cut into small cubes. Or cut it into rounds, rub each slice with a slice of lemon

Place the salad on each apple slice and serve in batches.
