vegetable oil for frying and lubrication

Boil the eggs and potatoes in their uniforms.

Cut the eggs and potatoes into thin rounds about 3mm thick.

Chop the onions and mushrooms.

Fry the onion in a pan with the oil, then fry the mushrooms separately.

Fry the fish over high heat on both sides for 1-2 minutes.
