Recipe for Mexican-style chicken rolls
Ingredients for 2 servings
chicken breast fillet
2 fillets
bell pepper
1 pc.
canned corn
1 bank
grilled tomatoes in oil
1 bank
rustic pita bread
a third of the package
a few sprigs of cilantro
paprika
2 tsp
hot red pepper ground
to taste

Cut the chicken fillet and bell peppers into longitudinal strips .

Preheat the pan and pour in some tomato oil, quickly fry the chicken on it until golden brown and put on a plate.

Fry bell peppers in the remaining oil, immediately add salt and spices.

Open a jar of corn, drain the liquid, cut the tomatoes into pieces, put everything in the pan to the pepper, add the fried chicken, mix everything and warm for a minute or two.

Wrap the resulting filling in sheets of pita bread, adding fresh sprigs of cilantro (it is more convenient to fold three rectangles of pita bread overlapped at once, so the rolls are large). It is better to serve warm, pleasant appetite!
