Ingredients for 2-5 servings

zucchini
1 pc.
raw raw cut
10 slices
cream curd cheese

lemon juice

olive oil

Step 1/3
Cut zucchini into thin slices lengthways using a mandolin or sharp knife. Fold into a bowl and marinate for 30 minutes in a mixture of lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Quickly fry the zucchini on both sides in a grill pan, blot with napkins. However, with unroasted it will turn out just as tasty.
