Recipe for Cod Rolls
Ingredients for 2 servings
cod
2-3 fillets
bread crumbs
3 tbsp. spoons
pitted olives
50 g
small onion
lemon juice
1 tbsp. spoon
a few sprigs of parsley
olive oil
salt
freshly ground black pepper

Cut each fillet crosswise into 4 parts, salt, pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice.

Pour the olive oil into the pan and fry the finely chopped onions in it, stirring constantly, add the crumbs and continue to fry, if the oil is all absorbed and the mixture is dry, pour in a little more.

Salt the ready mixture, pepper, add finely chopped olives and parsley, mix.

Put the filling on the fillet pieces and roll the rolls, fixing them with toothpicks.
Step 5/5
Put the rolls in the tin, cover with foil and bake in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15 minutes. Delicious, both warm and cold!
