Wash and rub young potatoes (ideally small) with a brush, it is not necessary to peel them, boil them in salted water until tender.

While the potatoes are cooking, prepare the asparagus - peel the thin skin of the bottom of the stems, cut off the hard ends.

Blanch the asparagus in boiling water for about a minute, then rinse immediately with ice water. Collect 2-3 shoots together and wrap with bacon so that you get rolls.

Finely chop the remaining bacon. Put the finished potatoes in a baking dish, mix with chopped bacon, salt if necessary.
