Recipe for Pineapple Chicken Rolls
Ingredients for 4 servings
chicken fillet steak ochl.
450 g
cut pineapple
280g (2 packs)
raw smoked bacon
150 g (1 pack)
canned corn without sugar
1 can (340g)
cream 30%
0.5 bottles (95g)
Step 1/4
Cut half of the bacon slices back to back in half, leave half whole. Put half a bacon and a piece of pineapple on each slice of chicken fillet, wrap in a roll, wrap a whole piece of bacon on top.
Step 2/4
Repeat with all chicken pieces, fastening the rolls with skewers or toothpicks if necessary. Preheat the oven to 180-190C and bake the rolls until tender, about 20 minutes.
Step 3/4
Prepare a side dish - heat the corn with cream and punch slightly in a blender, not until smooth, just to slightly crush the grain.
Step 4/4
Serve the rolls warm with a warm side dish.
