Recipe for "Rabbit Rolls with Almonds"
Ingredients for 2-3 servings
rabbit meat
600-700 g
butter
60 g
almonds
100 g
parsley
1 bunch
fragrant mustard
1 tbsp. spoon
freshly ground black pepper
salt
Step 1/3
Arrange rabbit meat on a board, cut thick places, beat well, salt, pepper and spread with mustard.
Step 2/3
Chop almonds and mix with softened butter, put on top of mustard, sprinkle with herbs.
Step 3/3
Twist the meat into rolls and tie with a thread, brush the surface with mustard, wrap the rolls in foil and bake in an oven preheated to 180 C for 45 minutes. Release the finished rolls from the foil, remove the thread. You can serve whole - hot, or cool, cut and serve like a snack.
