Ingredients for 10 servings

Ground beef
400 g
1 large onion
Russian cheese
150 g
Egg

Greens
to taste
Nutmeg

Step 1/4
Chop the onion, mix with the minced meat, salt, pepper, add a pinch of nutmeg and fragrant greens, mix well. 
Step 2/4
Place the minced meat evenly on the unfolded sheet of pita bread. Twist the pita bread into a roll on the long side .
Step 3/4
Grease the baking dish with oil, put the roll, brush it with an egg and bake for 30 minutes at a 180S.

Cut the finished roll into rounds and serve. If you don't want to turn on the oven, then there is still a great option - cut the roll right away, dip the mugs in an egg and fry in a frying pan - also very tasty!
