Ingredients for 3-4 servings

suluguni cheese
150 g
sour cream 20%
90 ml
egg CO

fresh dill
10 g
fresh parsley
10 g
garlic dry
3 g
ground paprika

poison ivy

Step 1/6
Boil the eggs and chop with a medium cube.
Step 2/6
Grate suluguni cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 3/6
Chop the dill and parsley.
Step 4/6
Mix grated eggs and cheese with herbs, add sour cream and spices to taste.
Step 5/6
Spread the resulting filling on pita bread.
Step 6/6
Wrap the pita bread in a roll and cut into portions.
