Ingredients for 10 servings
Tandir pita bread
2 sheets
sockeye salmon slightly salted
150 g
cream curd cheese
2 packs (280g)
fresh cucumbers
2 pcs.
fennel
a few twigs

Unfold pita bread on the table, spread evenly with cottage cheese.

Cut the cucumbers into strips.

Cut the red fish into thin plates, finely chop the dill.

Place the filling on the cheese.

Gently and tightly roll the roll along the long side of the pita bread.

Wrap the roll in a film and leave in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Slice and serve.
