500-600 g

150 g
green apple

honey

Cut the chestnuts with a sharp knife and fry in a dry pan until opened, cool and peel.

Remove the zest from the orange and squeeze the juice, salt, pepper, add the grated ginger and mix, pour a small part into a separate bowl and save. Soak dried bread in juice, mash with a fork.
