Step 1/3
Wrap the beets in foil and bake in the oven until soft (or boil), and turn them into mashed potatoes using a blender.
Step 2/3
Combine cottage cheese with eggs and mashed beets, add flour and mix well.
Step 3/3
Roll the sausage out of the dough, cut into pieces and boil them in boiling water. Serve with sour cream and your favorite jam or honey. From this number of ingredients, quite a lot of dumplings are obtained - you can freeze for future use.
