The set of dried fruits can be anything, the basis is raisins dark and light, the rest is at your request, we have: prunes, dried apricots, orange candied fruits, dried pear, dried cherries. All dried fruits must be cut into pieces and poured with any fragrant alcohol, this can be rum or sherry, for example, left overnight or more. Remove products from the refrigerator in advance so that they acquire room temperature.

Beat the butter with sugar until white with a mixer, add the eggs one at a time, beating the mass thoroughly each time, then gradually pour in the flour sifted with baking powder.

Add dried fruits and crushed nuts (hazelnuts and almonds), mix thoroughly. Transfer the dough to a greased and floured tin. Traditionally, a round shape is used, it is also very convenient in a detachable one, but you can bake in a square one, the main thing is that it is not too low.

Bake in the oven at 170S o'clock, then lower the temperature to 140S and bake more, checking readiness with a wooden stick. Depending on the features of the oven and the height of the mold, it may take from 30 minutes to an hour, if the top of the cupcake begins to burn, cover it with foil. Cool the finished cupcake in the mold, then remove and wrap in thick paper, put it in a dry, cool place, forget about it for at least two weeks, or rather more. You can soak the cupcake with alcohol, in which the fruits were soaked - it will be completely fragrant. Before serving, decorate the cupcake with whipped proteins, fruits, almonds.
