In the second bowl, break the eggs, beat lightly with a whisk, add olive oil and cider, mix.

Combine dry and liquid ingredients, mix until smooth.

Grease a baking dish with olive oil and sprinkle with flour. It is better to use a round cake shape with a hole in the middle - this will make the cake higher and bake better. Preheat the oven to 180 C.

Put the dough into the tin and bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Check readiness using a wooden skewer.

Cool the finished cupcake, put on a plate. Melt the caramel in the microwave and pour it over the cake, garnish with rounds of dried apples and marshmallows.
