Ingredients for 20 portions
Wheat flour/s
300g
Butter
200 g
Chicken egg
2 pcs. (yolks only)
Icing sugar
3 tbsp. spoons
Brown sugar
1 tbsp. spoon
Ground cardamom

Step 1/4
Remove the oil from the refrigerator and leave for 15-20 minutes to melt.
Step 2/4
Add the salt, icing sugar, lemon zest and cardamom to the oil and rub well into a single mass with a fork, add the egg yolks and stir. We do not need proteins, but then you can make a meringue or a protein omelet from them.

Sift the flour into the oil and mix with a spoon: first you get a crumb, and then the dough will begin to stick together. Do not mix until smooth or tenderness is lost. Gather the dough in a lump and refrigerate for half an hour.
Step 4/4
Lightly roll out to a thickness of about 1 cm. With a mold or just a glass, cut out the cookies and spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment, sprinkle the cookies with golden sugar on top. Place in an oven preheated to 180C for 15-20 minutes. As soon as the edges start to blush - the cookies are ready, do not let them darken.
