Mango and Trout Roll Recipe
Ingredients for 2 servings
mango -
150 g
sushi rice (or round grain)
100 g
sushi dressing
50 g (or 2 tbsp rice vinegar)
to hole
2 sheets
trout fillets
200 g
cream cheese
50 g
arugula
30 g
pickled ginger
20 g
wasabi
10 g
soy sauce
50 g
cucumber

Step 1/7
Rinse the rice well in three waters until transparent and send to the stove. Cook it according to the instructions on the package, and when ready, season and mix thoroughly.

Peel the mango and cucumber, cut into long thin blocks.

Remove the bones and skin from the fish, cut the trout into long blocks as well.
