The only drawback of the recipe is that there is no exact weight of flour for it: the dough should not be thick and should not stick to the hands, and the consistency should be like plasticine. Recipe "Bagels with marmalade"
Ingredients for 4-6 servings
butter 82.5%
180 g
sour cream 30%
180 g
flour
about 2 cups
sandwich marmalade
200 g
icing sugar
ad libitum

Soften butter at room temperature until cream. Add sour cream to it, mix.

Gradually add flour, knead soft dough. Put it in the fridge for at least an hour.

Divide the dough into three parts.

Roll each into a layer and cut into 16 parts.
Step 5/7
Put a piece of marmalade on the wide edge of the segment and twist the bagel. Do the same with the remaining segments.

Bake bagels at 180C until golden brown, this will take about 35 minutes.

When serving, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar, but this is optional. "Sandwich marmalade is very tasty, not sour, dense, does not flow out of the dough. Despite the fact that there is no sugar in the dough, it turns out sweet," Olga notes.
