Basmati rice

asparagus

raisin
30 g
spinach fresh

olive oil (or ghee)

Boil rice in salted water until tender, fold on a sieve.
Step 2/5
Pour boiling water over the raisins.

Peel asparagus, cut off the tops with 2-3 cm of the stem, cut the remaining stems into rounds .

In a pan, heat the olive oil (can be replaced with melted) and fry the asparagus, cut into circles for two minutes, then add the spinach and asparagus tops, salt and warm for another minute.

Combine rice and vegetables, add raisins, mix. Done!
