Delicious, tender and easy to make riet from pink salmon. Great for breakfast and as a festive treat. You can make it from smoked fish, as we suggest in this recipe, or from lightly salted.

Ingredients for 6-8 servings
hot smoked pink salmon fillet
1 pack
cream-chiz
1 jar
cream 15%
100 ml
onions shallot
½ pcs.
onion green
for decorating
ground black pepper
¼ tsp or to taste
lemon
½ tsp juice
bread, toast, bread
for filing
Step 1/6
Peel the shallots, cut into large rings and fold into the blender grinder.
Step 2/6
Clean the fish from the skin and bones, if you come across, break into large pieces and also put in a blender.
Step 3/6
Add the cream cheese and pour over the cream.
Step 4/6
Squeeze in some lemon juice. Pepper it.
Step 5/6
Grind with a blender until smooth.
Step 6/6
Chill in the fridge. Serve with crispy toast, bread or soft fresh bread, garnished with chopped green onions.
