Recipe "Warm salad with shrimp"
Ingredients for 2-3 servings
grilled shrimp peeled
½ up. (200 g)
quinoa
150 g
squash
1 pc.
fresh cilantro
1 pack (50 g)
lemon juice
12 ml
olive oil
30 ml
salt
to taste
ground black pepper
to taste
cherry tomatoes
150 g
vegetable oil for frying
30 ml
pesto sauce

Step 1/7
Defrost the prawns in advance in the refrigerator or in half an hour in ice water right in the package. Boil quinoa according to the instructions on the package.
Step 2/7
Cut the zucchini into rounds, salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3/7
Fry in a pan or grill until golden brown.
Step 4/7
Do the same with shrimp.
Step 5/7
Cut the fried mugs of zucchini in half, cherry into halves. Finely chop the cilantro, mix the olive oil with the lemon juice.

Mix together the quinoa, prawns, courgettes, cilantro and lemon dressing.

Serve garnished with pesto.
