This recipe is inspired by the famous Turkish breeks - spiral layered pies with different fillings. Their variations can be found throughout the Mediterranean: from Greek bugatzes to Israeli burexes. Ingredients for 6 servings
flaky yeast-free dough
2 beds (260 g)
minced meat "Home "
1 pack (360 g)
green onion
65 g
fennel
15 g
egg

sesame

sunflower oil

Step 1/8
Finely chop the onions and add to the minced meat.
Step 2/8
Add egg white, salt and spices, mix until smooth. Add two tablespoons of water. The minced meat should be of such a consistency that it can be spread over the dough in a thin layer.

Cut each layer of dough in half.

Roll the dough thinly in one direction so as not to disturb the structure.

Put a quarter of the minced meat, distribute in an even layer. Top with chopped dill.

Pinch gently on the long side in the form of a sausage. Using the same method, form the other three workpieces.

Place them in a greased casserole dish, forming a spiral and joining the short open ends together.

Brush the yolk over the cake, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
