Classic with character! In this recipe, we added hot kimchi sauce to the creamy base - just a couple of spoons turn the usual taste into a memorable gastronomic experience. Tip: if there is no fresh egg paste, take quality spaghetti from durum wheat varieties - they perfectly hold the sauce.

Recipe "Pasta with shrimp in cream sauce"
Ingredients for 2-3 servings
onions
½ pcs. (50 g)
table white wine
50 ml
kimchi sauce
30 g
cream 30%
300 ml
olive oil
30 ml
cherry tomatoes
60 g
tagliolini paste with egg added
350 g
parmesan
45 g
shrimps peeled boiled ice cream
½ up. (150 g)
salt
to taste
ground black pepper
to taste

Defrost the prawns in advance in the refrigerator or in half an hour in ice water right in the package.

Boil the paste according to the instructions on the package until aldente.

Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves.

Finely chop the onion and fry on half of the total olive oil until golden brown. Add the white wine and evaporate.

Pour cream and kimchi to the onion, bring to a light boil. Add the parmesan and stir with a spatula until smooth and smooth.

Salt and pepper the shrimp to taste and fry until lightly golden in the remaining olive oil.

Mix the pasta with the sauce, add the cherry and prawns and serve immediately.
