Chicken for sandwiches recipe
Ingredients for 6-7 servings
chicken fillet
500 g
cold water
500 ml
coarse salt
1 tbsp. l. without a slide
sugar
pinch
peppercorns assorted
4-5 pcs.
olive oil
1 tbsp. l.
honey
1 tbsp. l.
mustard dining room
1 tbsp. l.
soy sauce
1 tbsp. l.
garlic
1 clove

Prepare the brine: dissolve salt and sugar in cold boiled water, add peppercorns and bay leaf.

Immerse the fillets completely in the marinade and refrigerate overnight.

Combine olive oil, mustard, soy sauce, honey and garlic, grated on a fine grater.

Remove the brine fillets and dry with a paper towel. Beat it back.

Brush the fillets with the cooked sauce.

Form a roll.

Attach the roll with twine.

Preheat the oven to maximum: 200-250C. Place the roll on baking paper or foil and send to the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.

Do not open the oven door until the roll is completely cool, it is better to leave it like this for two to three hours.
