A universal recipe for chicken broth, on the basis of which you can prepare many delicious dishes. Use it as a base for vegetable cream soup, assemble a quick ramen with ready-made noodles, make risotto or add to your favorite dumplings.

Ingredients for 6 servings
chicken skeleton, wings or legs
1 kg
onions
2 large onions
butter
20 g
vegetable oil
20 ml
carrots
1 medium
celery
1 stem
bay leaf
2-3 pcs.
salt
to taste
black peppercorns
2-3 pcs.
cilantro
several sprigs as desired
Step 1/5
Peel the onion, cut into 4 parts. Roughly chop the carrots and celery.

In a large saucepan, heat both types of oil and fry the onions on it until soft, then add all the other ingredients.

Leave to fry for a couple of minutes, then pour in 2.5 litres of boiling water and reduce the heat to a quiet boil of liquid. Cook for 1.5 hours.

Remove the broth from the heat, strain.

Pour into disposable containers or zip bags, freeze. The finished broth can be stored in the freezer for up to six months.
