Mix vinegar, sugar, water and honey in a saucepan and boil until thick.

Remove from the heat, add the butter, pre-soaked gelatin and strawberries cut in half. Cool to room temperature.

Thaw the puff pastry according to the instructions and roll out into a layer about 3 mm thick.
