Recipe "Yeast cake with cabbage and egg"
Ingredients for 6 servings
yeast dough
1 pack (500 g)
white cabbage
500 g
onions
200 g
egg
6 pcs.
milk
25 ml
salt
to taste
ground black pepper
to taste
vegetable oil for lubrication
1 tbsp. l.
Step 1/8
Shred the cabbage into 6-7cm straws and 1cm thick and fry until soft.
Step 2/8
Cut the onions into small cubes and fry until golden brown.
Step 3/8
Hard-boil 5 eggs and chop into small crumbs.
Step 4/8
Stir through the onion, cabbage and eggs, salt and pepper to taste.

Divide the thawed dough into 2 parts. Roll one into a large cake, put in an oiled mold.

Evenly distribute the filling throughout the dough.
Step 7/8
Roll out the second layer of dough, cover the cake with it, pinch the edges.

Beat the remaining egg lightly with a fork of milk, brush the cake and put to bake in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 30-40 minutes.
