Recipe " Ratatouille"
Ingredients for 4-6 servings
eggplants
1-2 pcs.
zucchini
1-2 pcs.
tomatoes
2-3 pcs.
pizza mozzarella
100 g
chopped tomatoes in sec
200 g
onion red
0.5 pcs.
garlic
1 clove
dried basil
1 tsp
dried oregano greens
1 tsp
salt
0.5 tsp
sugar
1 tsp
olive oil
1 tbsp. spoon

Cut eggplant, zucchini and tomatoes into rounds about 0.5 cm thick.
Step 2/8
Cut the onions into thin rings.
Step 3/8
Put the vegetables in rows into a roasting tin, pour over the olive oil and cover with foil.

Bake at 180C until soft (about 25 minutes).

Mix chopped tomatoes with salt, sugar, crushed garlic and spices.

Cut the cheese into rounds.
Step 7/8
Remove the foil from the baked vegetables, pour over the sauce and top with the mozzarella. Bake for another 7-8 minutes until the cheese melts.
