Ingredients for 3 servings
Pumpkin peeled in vacuum packaging
300g
Turkey breast fillet azu
400 g
Pitted olives
200 g
Cardamom
1/2 tsp
Bay leaf
2 pcs.
Salt Himalayan pink
to taste
Tomatoes in their own juice cubes

Step 1/3
Put turkey pieces, tomatoes with tomato juice, pre-cut pumpkin, olives, cardamom, salt in the pan. Simmer gently, covered, for 25 minutes.
Step 2/3
Add bay leaf and simmer for another 10 minutes.
Step 3/3
Turn off the heat and serve the dish.
