Recipe "Indian style vegetable stew"
Ingredients for 6 servings
yam (medium size)
2 pcs.
small zucchini
2 pcs.
large carrots
1 pc.
canned beans in their own juice
1 bank
white onion
1 pc.
ground cream tomatoes
6 pcs.
celery petiole
1 pc.
garlic
1 clove
chicken seasoning
1 tsp
turmeric
1 tsp
salt
to taste
fresh cilantro
bunch
Step 1/8
Peel and cut the onions, carrots and yams into thick quarters. Remove the core from the garlic clove, cut into thin slices.
Step 2/8
Fry the chopped vegetables in the spiced vegetable oil for 15 minutes.
Step 3/8
Open a tin of beans and pour the contents into a pan of vegetables. Simmer for another 5 minutes.

Cut zucchini or zucchini into thick half rings, tomatoes into quarters.

Remove the stiff veins from the celery petiole and chop finely.

Add zucchini and celery to the pan, if dry, pour in another 100 ml of water, simmer for 5 minutes.

Add the tomatoes and simmer for another 5 minutes, stirring .

Serve sprinkled with cilantro.
