Recipe "Pork rib stew with beans"
Ingredients for 4 servings
pork ribs
1 pack
dry beans
150g (or 2 cans of red beans in c/s)
bulb
2 pcs.
hot pepper
1 pod (or dry, ground to taste)
allspice
3 peas
carnation
1 pc.
salt
ghee
cilantro
for filing
Step 1/5
Rinse the beans soaked overnight, cover with fresh water so that the water covers the beans with two fingers (do not salt!) And cook until half cooked (about an hour) over medium heat with the lid open.
Step 2/5
For stew, it is advisable to use a thick-walled duck or saucepan, then it will turn out to be especially tasty.
Step 3/5
Cut the pork ribs into pieces, fry quickly in melted butter, put on a plate.
Step 4/5
Cut the onion into half rings and fry in the remaining oil, then return the ribs to the pan, add spices (except for salt) and beans along with the liquid.
Step 5/5
Cook over a low heat until the beans are cooked, add more water if necessary. If you use beans in a jar, first squeeze the ribs with the onions, pour in a little water, and add the beans 15 minutes before the end of cooking. Salt the finished dish and serve with fresh cilantro greens.
