Recipe "Pork stew with beans"
Ingredients for 2-3 servings
Pork (neck or ham)
The 500-600th
Green beans
300g
Crimean red onion
1 pc.
"Narsharab" sauce
2 tbsp. spoons
Hot pepper
Garlic
2-3 cloves
Fennel
Salt
Step 1/3
Cut the pork into small pieces and fry until mouth-watering, then pour in some water, cover the pan with a lid, turn down the heat and simmer the meat for about half an hour.
Step 2/3
Rinse the beans, cut off the tails, cut each pod into 2-3 parts. Chop hot peppers (or part, depending on the sharpness), chop garlic and dill, cut Crimean onions with very thin feathers.
Step 3/3
Add beans, peppers and garlic to the pork, pour in "Narsharab" and simmer for about 20 minutes more, at the very end add dill and onions. Bon appetit!
