Ingredients for 4 servings
turkey breast fillet azu
1 pack
celery petiole
2-3 stems
canned white or red beans
0.5 cans
bell pepper red
1 pc.
onions
1 pc.
olive oil
2 tsp
salt
freshly ground black pepper
Step 1/3
Cut onions and bell peppers into feathers, dice celery. Quickly fry the turkey in olive oil until golden brown, put on a plate.
Step 2/3
Put the onion in the pan and fry over a medium heat until the onion is clear, then add the bell pepper, turn up the heat, cook for a couple more minutes .
Step 3/3
Put the turkey, beans and celery in the pan, pour in a little water, cover and simmer over a low heat for about 15 minutes. Bon appetit!
