Recipe "Down pies with meat"
Ingredients for 30 pieces of portions
wheat flour
800 g
egg

0.5 tsp
homemade minced meat
1 kg
onions
2 pcs.
carrots
1 pc.

egg yolk

Step 1/10
Sift the flour. In a glass with warm milk, dilute yeast, add sugar and half a glass of flour. Place in a warm place until a foamy hat forms.

Beat the eggs in a bowl, add the salt, soft butter and vegetable oil. Mix thoroughly. Add the finished dough.

Gradually adding flour, knead the dough until it stops sticking to your hands. Cover the dough and put it in a warm place for 2-3 hours.

Peel the onions and carrots. Cut the onions into cubes, grate the carrots. Fry the vegetables in a frying pan with the oil. Then add the minced meat to the toast and fry until tender.

Brush your hands with vegetable oil and mash the dough until elastic. Divide the dough into small pieces, roll balls from them the size of an egg.

Dust the table with flour. Make a tortilla from each ball of dough. Put the meat filling in the middle and mold the pie.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the pies on paper, seamed down, a short distance apart. Cover the pies and leave to set aside for 15 minutes.

Mix the yolk with the milk and grease each patty.

Bake in an oven preheated to 170 ℃ until golden brown, about 20-30 minutes.

Put the finished pies in a bowl, cover with a towel for 10-15 minutes.
